Atsushi Mizushima

Atsushi Mizushima is a partner of Nishimura & Asahi (Gaikokuho Kyodo Jigyo), Japan’s largest law firm. He supports management of blue-chip companies and rising startups in their strategic actions including M&A, new business creation, business alliance, fundraising and IP strategy. Earlier, he was a starting member (business director) of WHILL, Inc., a Silicon Valley-based startup, where he achieved two rounds of VC fundraising (USD13MM). He also takes positions of the Committee Member of Governmental Task Force for Issue Identification for the Environment Surrounding Space Businesses held by Japanese Government, as well as the Chair of Space Law Committee of First Tokyo Bar Association.
