Bill Chang is the CEO and a space architecture activist of HelioX Cosmos, whose life long mission is to democratizing space utilization. Since he started the business in 2018, has been the only Taiwanese comapny to provide Earth and lunar business aggregator and transporter. Having multiple business accomplishments ranging from launching Taiwan Space Agency satellite to academic, industrial and private sectors contents collaboration. He holds Engineering degree of The University of Tokyo.
