Shunsuke Tsuboi

Graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Yokohama National University. Founded ‘Sagri’ in 2018, impact startup from Gifu University that creates value by visualizing farmland using satellite data and AI. In order to solve the global issues of food crisis and climate change, we are rolling out the farming app “Sagri” to farmers around the world. Established and patented technology for soil analysis from satellite data and AI polygon technology that automatically forms farmland plots around the world using satellite data. Received the Prime Minister’s Award at the 6th Space Development and Utilization Awards.

Serves as a committee member for the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries’ ‘Study Group on the Management of Agricultural Land Information Using Digital Maps’, and a committee member for the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry’s ‘Young Expert Panel for Realizing Carbon Neutrality by 2050’.
