As Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Japan, Tsuyoshi Kashima is responsible for driving technology alignment as well as long term technology strategies for Ericsson in Japan. Tsuyoshi has been in mobile communication industry for more than 20 years and has held several positions in research, standardization, technology marketing, as well as business development. Tsuyoshi holds a Master of Science in Physics and a Ph.D. of Engineering in Communications and Integrated Systems.
