    Masayasu Ishida is co-founder, chairman and CEO of SPACETIDE Foundation which is a Tokyo-based nonprofit organization focusing on the development and expansion of the space industry. He is also a Principal of global management consulting firm A.T. Kearney and has over 15 years of consulting experience with focusing on aerospace and automotive. As an acting member of the Japanese government’s Committee on National Space Policy, he has supported the cabinet office and other governmental agencies especially in the context of fostering commercial space businesses. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tokyo.

    As Co-founder, Director and COO of SPACETIDE Foundation, Masashi Sato works on promotion and fostering new space industry through its national first private-led space business conference and different activities. Masashi is also active as a member of a Japanese space startup from 2019. He has previously worked for Nomura Research Institute as a strategic business consultant from 2003 to 2019. He has a B.S. from the University of Tokyo (2001), a M.S. from the Graduate School of the University of Tokyo (2003), and a Master of Public Policy from the University of California, Los Angeles (2013). He is a "QZSS Evangelist" of the Cabinet Office of Japan, a committee member of the "Committee of Future Space Utilization" by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communication, and a committee member of the "Committee of Next-gen Geosynchronous Meteorological Satellite" by the Japan Meteorological Agency. He writes regular monthly articles in bizble, an online business media by Asahi Shimbun.

    Prof. Nakasuka graduated from University of Tokyo in 1983 and got Ph.D in 1988. He joined IBM Research during 1988-1990, and then worked for Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics, University of Tokyo as a lecturer in 1990, as an Associate Professor, and became a Professor in 2004. He is a member of JSASS, SICE, and IAA, and the former Chairperson of IFAC Aerospace Technical Committee and current president of UNISEC-GLOBAL. His major research areas include micro/nano/pico-satellites, autonomy and intelligence for space systems, novel space systems, and guidance, navigation and control of spacecraft. He developed and launched 13 micro/nano/pico-satellites successfully including the world first CubeSat. Member of Space Policy Committee of Japanese government.

    After graduating from the Faculty of Law at Chuo University in 2004, he joined a judicial scrivener's office in Tokyo, and after obtaining his judicial scrivener's license in 2007, he engaged in corporate legal consulting, including corporate start-ups and reorganizations. In 2018, he opened his own office, "Judicial Scrivener Nakajima Law Office. In addition to corporate matters, he also assists academic organizations, mainly in the medical field, with their incorporation, and serves as an advisor to various corporations, including public interest corporations, general corporations, and NPOs, mainly providing compliance guidance and supporting the establishment of governance systems. In 2020, he was appointed as an auditor of SPACETIDE, a general incorporated association. In addition to his current position, he also serves as an auditor for the Japanese Society for prehospital emergency life-saving and the Study Group on Clinical Application of Advanced Medicine.

    "Engaged in planning and development of systems related to space development and defense as an engineer at a major IT company. In particular, Yuki Sato focused on the planning and development of image processing algorithms and visualization for PALSAR, the Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) of the Advanced Land Observing Satellite (ALOS). Later, at the CyberAgent Group, she was in charge of the technology of a pioneering product for online advertising distribution using big data, and led the business in 13 Asian countries, while also serving as CEO of a subsidiary. In addition, she launched a robo-advisor service at a Fintech company. Currently, she is leading the new business development and engineering team at a digital agency, and directing the overall management of SPACETIDE as head of secretariat. "

    After working as an engineer at a research institute of a sanitary ware manufacturer, where Atsushi Yamagata was engaged in research and development of construction methods and welfare equipment, he worked for public institutions and private companies related to welfare, and is now engaged in supporting the development of welfare towns and managing services provided by developers. He is a disaster preparedness checklist evangelist, and has been participating in SPACETIDE since 2015, when it was first held, and contributes to the overall support and coordination of the organization as a program manager at the secretariat.

    Shogo Yakame has been working for a major consulting firm, providing consulting services to private companies and government agencies on new business planning support and policy planning support, mainly for the space business, as well as market and policy trend research on the theme of industry-academia collaboration and cluster policy. He has been involved in the planning and management of SPACETIDE since 2015, when it was first held. Graduated from the University of Tokyo, Graduate School of Science in 2013. While in graduate school, he worked at JAXA's Institute of Space and Astronautical Science (ISAS), where he conducted research on solar system materials science, focusing on asteroids and meteorites.

    Naoya Iwanaga is engaging in consulting work for DX support and smart city related business, focusing on real estate business, at a major consulting firm. He has been involved in SPACETIDE since 2020. He is in charge of planning and managing events and producing Youtube programs. Graduated from the Graduate School of Engineering, Kyoto University in 2016. While in graduate school, he conducted research on micro space debris observation satellite systems.

    When Hiroaki Fujihara was a college student, he majored in semiconductor physical engineering. He joined an electric manufacturer as a system designer for satellites. Currently, he is in charge of designing synthetic aperture radar systems for satellites, focusing on future satellite concept studies, and is in charge of a wide range of tasks such as key technology development for current satellites and maintenance of multiple orbiting satellites. Also, since January 2020, he has participated as a pro bono member in the commercial lunar exploration program "HAKUTO-R" of ispace Co., Ltd., and has been making efforts to expand the community of space. Participated in SPACETIDE as a pro bono from October 2020, and is mainly in charge of making "COMPASS".

    Daisuke Atarashi is a program manager of International Relationship Team at SPACETIDE Foundation, responsible for sponsorship negotiations and international collaborations with corporations or external organizations. In my professional background, I've experienced research and development related to autonomous driving systems as an engineer at SIEMENS, as well as business strategy consulting as a strategy consultant at IBM . Currently, I live in Brussels and is studying management at Solvay Business School.。

    Hirokazu Mori is PM of Global team at General Incorporated Association SPACETIDE and APAC Business Development Executive of Blue Abyss, which is the world's first private astronaut training firm. He entered the University of Edinburgh directly from the 2nd year, and read Theoretical astrophysics and graduated from the top. He received grant from the Royal Society of Edinburgh and has experience in theoretical cosmology research (gravitational waves and modified gravitational theory). He was active in the Mediterranean as a professional diver, has won awards in the European and Mediterranean areas as a young professional diver, and has been featured in a famous diving magazine. He has experience as a backpacker and has visited about 80 countries so far. After returning to Japan, he works as a business consultant at a major domestic business consulting firm in Japan, consulting on the theme of new business creation, business strategy of space sector, and global DX strategy. He took the stage at the industry track of the Earth observation conference GEOWEEK 2019 sponsored by the Australian government and the event NEXTSPACE Vol4 by young volunteers from the space industry. His hobbies include wreck / underwater cave diving, airplane piloting, piano performance, art, and astrophysics. He hopes to go to the moon as an astronaut.

    As a student, Shota Fujino majored in aerospace engineering and joined an airline company as an engineer. After working as an aircraft mechanic, he was in charge of planning for the maintenance department. He has been working for SPACETIDE as a pro bono member since August 2018. He has been working for SPACETIDE as a pro bono member since August 2018. As a member of the corporate partnership team, he is in charge of communication with sponsors and supporting companies. He is also in charge of conference operations and Youtube "SpacetideQ" support. He wants to contribute to the future of space business, and in the future, he wants to live on Mars, the moon, a house in space, or anywhere else he want to go!

    Yasunori Fujimoto has worked for many years as a designer specializing in mechanical design at a major manufacturing company, and has created several new products for the world. In 2016, he joined the lunar exploration team HAKUTO as a pro bono member. Using his design skills, he was in charge of developing a rover for piloting experience. Currently, as a member of HAKUTO's successor project, HAKUTO-R, he continues to work on the development of the hands-on rover. He has been participating in SPACETIDE since 2018.     Mr. Aoki is a partner in charge of space & robotics at Global Brain Corporation. After obtaining a master’s degree in aerospace engineering in the US, he developed the “Kounotori” spacecraft at Mitsubishi Electric and won a number of awards. He now oversees investment activities for space and other deep tech startups as a venture capitalist. As a “Space Business Evangelist”, he is also helping to create a private sector-led space industry and co-founded SPACETIDE Foundation and Space Port Japan Association. He also serves JAXA and government committees in his varied career.

    Atsushi Mizushima is a partner of Nishimura & Asahi, Japan’s largest law firm. He supports management of blue-chip companies and rising startups in their strategic actions including M&A, new business creation, business alliance, fundraising and IP strategy. Earlier, he was a starting member (business director) of WHILL, Inc., a Silicon Valley-based startup, where he achieved two rounds of VC fundraising (USD13MM). He also takes positions of the Committee Member of Governmental Task Force for Issue Identification for the Environment Surrounding Space Businesses held by Japanese Government, as well as the Vice Chair of Space Law Committee of First Tokyo Bar Association. He is also a mentor at Boomtown Accelerator, a Colorado-based startup incubator. LL.B (the University of Tokyo, 2004) / MBA (Stanford University, 2013).
