SPACETIDE Foundation will hold its 6th annual space business conference, SPACETIDE 2021 Winter in Nihonbashi, for 4 days from December 13th (Monday) to December 16th (Thursday), 2021 (JST).

Since 2015, our main conference, SPACETIDE, has functioned as a platform for entrepreneurs, investors, engineers, designers, researchers, and other related organizations, such as space ventures, major aerospace companies, cross-industrial companies, and government agencies.

The concept of our 6th annual conference, SPACETIDE 2021 Winter in Nihonbashi, is ‘The Evolution of Commercial Space.’ This concept is succeeded from the previous conference, SPACETIDE 2021 Spring. We will discuss the forefront of space business, such as commercial space travel and communication satellite constellation, which made great progress in 2021 and the path to commercialization has begun to appear. This conference is enlarged as a 4-day event and will become one of the largest space business conferences in Asia, with approximately 100 industry leaders from all over the world such as North America, Europe, Asia and Oceania.

In addition to our annual conference, this year, there will be partner conferences by other organizations that contribute to the promotion of space business as well as collaborative event, NIHONBASHI SPACE WEEK 2021, that X-NIHONBASHI (Mitsui Fudosan) will organize in-person and virtual events in the Nihonbashi area in Tokyo. The information of the programs and speakers will be released in late October.
